How I spent my day
Still no news from the baby front. THIS IS THE LONGEST DAY EVER, PEOPLE.
Obviously I couldn't concentrate on work today, at least not consistently, couldn't even focus on a podcast for goodness sake. So instead I searched the YouTube, looking for videos of the 1996 Chicago revival, which I somehow just found out about. I mean, I knew it existed, and that it still exists (longest revival ever) and caught it on tour back in high school, but I didn't KNOW about it. As in, how freaking awesome it is/was. I also didn't realize that I had the album, which was sent to me amongst many other Broadway cast recordings a few years ago. (Thanks, Nicki!) So umm yeah. This is what I spent my day looking at. It is, in the words of Kelly Kapoor: Ah-MAAAAAZING!
I wish I could move like that, y'all. Watching this makes me want to take dance lessons.
Also, I've always wanted to ascend onto a stage. It's just so fucking cool.
