Something weird is going on with LJ. It took me almost a half hour to finally be able to sign in. And dammit, I was determined to post tonight, because
Whoa! I guess I didn't think Aaron Echolls would really be indicted, but I still found myself on the edge of my seat the entire time. This was, dare I say it--the best episode of the season, IMO. I don't even....wow. Also, I think the Jackie theory circulating last week is defunct, unless she comes back next week. So who is it? Aaron again? Duncan? Logan? Mayor Evil? Keith Mars? Sherrif Lamb? Lucky? Weevil? Mac? (Oh god, please don't let it be Mac. While we are on the subject, my love for her and the actress who plays her grows every week.)
I love Logan. Can't be said enough. Love.
Um, so there was so much that happened, I can't even process it all right now...the one thing sticking in my brain is Veronica's face when the verdict was read. Aaron Echolls is cleared of all charges AND she blew her chance at the Kane scholarship? Dude, that's a bad day in Neptune. I liked how the trial made Keith realize how much Veronica keeps from him. He already knew somewhat, but he seems to be in denial about a lot of it. It's moments like these that make this show stand apart from most. Still though, that face. Kristen Bell and Lauren Graham are KILLING me with their sadness tonight.
About that: Gilmore Girls? Just made me sad. That's really all I have to say. Sad, sad, laughing at Paris, not caring about Sookie and Jackson, sad sad, loving Emily, more sad. That's all. I don't want to analyze because this show is just depressing me. I hate to say it....I REALLY hate to say it...but at this point, I am enjoying Veronica Mars more. (Note though, this is mostly because Gimore Girls is just so DAMN DEPRESSING, and I don't like to be depressed when I watch television.)
Now time for bed. I gave notice to Job #2 yesterday--the one I only got a few weeks ago. I am not usually this flaky, but dudes, the commute was seriously killing me. Am thinking about blowing off work Friday, as my parents are going out of town for the weekend and I will have the house to myself. After all, I've given my notice, so what are they going to do, fire me? (Ain't my work ethic grand?)
