(no subject)
The scary part begins.........we guess? we got approved by the people who own the land the the trailer is on....(yeah! I get to be trailer trash!)
They seemed to be quite wary of the guy who are are getting the trailer from. And warned us several times to be on our guard. Lets put it this way..I am NOT signing any lease with them till I get my hands on the title for the trailer.
I haven't been in the house without all of their STUFF in it, so I expect to be surprised by the amount of room, they had three families worth of stuff in there.....so it was a bit cramped....
And goddess help me, I feel guilty about leaving my current landlord, he's been a doll, the heat this winter has been really great...I just have to remind him to turn it up now and then...and I know he's in finacial straits due to the winter, etc...but to have a place of my own...at least something..and a base to be able to save money from...We will own the trailer but not the land....and if we keep it up we should have no problems with staying there...
I just feel horrible for leaving him...its gonna be like leaving family.... :(
