Hello Again, Its Me, Honey!
Howdy Folks! Long time no talkie...been hanging out on MYSPACE a lot lately so I don't do both much. We are fine and wonderful...kind of...
1. Isaac had appendix surgery a week before Christmas when his appendix ruptured. It was very stressy. He handled it like a pro. At first he thought he was going to die and it broke my heart. Thomas had tears in his eyes when we saw Isaac after surgery [in recovery]...he was in pain and crying real hard. I DID cry but thats normal for me. But after the morphin man came Isaac was feeling better. We spent Christmas day in the hospital because Ice developed an infection from the rupture. We brought all of our gifties and food to the hospital and dared anybody to say anything. But he's much better now. We have decided to home school him after this year though...thats a longer story than I want to go into right now, though.
2. Jake blew his knee out and so we are doing rehab so he'll be ready for football season. One way or the other we are going to get that scholarship!
3. After bouncing our wedding day around and getting wishy washy on the date we have gone back to the original day...April 5th, 2007. Money is, as usual, the real issue. Plus we have gone through the fights and fusses tha really help decide on the "I DO" and the "I DON'T" stuff...and we do. *grin*
4. I've gained weight. *shrug* it stinks but ....whatever. Gained 30 pounds after a really bad wreck with Mom in November...lost 5 of said 30 so far. Herniated disk and pinched nerve=lay around and get fatter.
5. So my Mom is doing okay and I made it through the one year mark of my Dad dying...haven't dealt so well with it...still am not...anyway...
