Hell no. Gran Pulse is just...physically under Cocoon. It's quite beautiful, actually.

There are two planets where I come from. Cocoon and Gran Pulse. If you were to look at both from a distance, you'd see Cocoon up here-

[She holds a hand high, vaguely motioning to the invisible sphere.]

-and Gran Pulse down here.

[She moves her hand to motion to a much larger invisible planet.]

They are planets, not hell or heaven. Cocoon is more technologically-advanced than Gran Pulse, which is more natural, taking advantage of the surroundings instead of the humans overpowering it.
