please allow for some fashion-squee.
monday was pretty spectacular. i got to participate in my first-ever fashion photo-shoot. i got dressed and painted for

Also, what a fucking creepy, unstable, volatile bastard. Given my current state of mind, I'd probably cut him off and show him to the door. I don't like it when my 3yo yells at me, which he does quite frequently. So I don't know that I would have the wherewithal to entertain anyone else's dementedly vicious rantings. Life's too short for shit like this. What ended up happening? Did he storm out? Did you have to call for assistance at all? I'm so sorry you had all that slung at you. :(
Which soy-beeswax crayons? We got some rock crayons for xmess and they're fun! The Clementine website rhetoric seems suspiciously over the top, so I can see why you'd be concerned about greenwashing. Piggy Paint is sold at Eco-existence, down the street from us, and it seems pretty awesome. Haven't used it personally, but I got a run-down from the store owner who has used it. Also, there's a polystyrene salad plate there with a schmear of regular nail polish on one side and a schmear of piggy paint on the other. The regular nail polish has eaten through the polystyrene. Ew.
Gorgeous modelling shots, too. Hooray for mostly win! Hooray for surviving that miserable excuse for a human being. You should get a bonus.

If I wasn't quite so shocked, I would have cut him off and was angry with myself for not doing so. He decided he did want to purchase something and acted like it was a huge favour the whole time. My assistant was terribly sleep deprived and only noticed the pleasant tone he was using. In future altercations, he gets no further than the front door and I have permission to phone the authorities to deal with him.
The soy-beeswax crayons would be Clementine's. They do crayon rocks, too. I love how bright and smooth they are. We also received the startling Piggy plate with the melty patches. Quick trick: Acetone and polystyrene are never friends. I wore it all day at the show and did some heavy schlepping of boxes at the end. It chipped a little, but I also didn't have time to heat-set it.
Aw, thanks! It has been mostly-win.
