Yesterday was one of the best days I have had in a long time.
Mom and I went to Como Zoo for the day.
1. It was absolutely gorgeous outside.
2. WE DIDN'T FIGHT!
3. We agreed on things mostly!
4. I learned Mom is starting to see her own psychologist. I think it's helping an awful lot.
5. Mom and I are going to start seeing one another a bit more often, even though I'll have work. She said she'd be happy to pick me up from work, despite it's being about a 33 minute drive from her work to mine, and that's not rush hour.
6. Monday night, after my first full day of work, Mom and I are going to Open Gym back at Gleason's! (For those of you who don't know the term Gleasons, it's my old gym.) I'm going to be her "coach"... I think I'm going to end up falling on my head numerous times on the tramp instead... try and do crash dives and porpoises again. ...sorry people, I can't find a video. Guess I'll just have to make one, one of these days.
But anywho...
7. Mom said that if I get approval to leave from my psychologist and psychiatrist, she'll "be the first one to help me pack my bags". YAY! I can do this. So I really think/hope what's going to end up happening is I'll take a few classes out at UMass, then go back to MoHo for Spring Semester... I can't believe this dream for me is back in sight. This is fantastic.
8. Lastly, it was a full day with my mom. I wasn't stressed out. I was happy spending time with her. I think I'm officially either going down and shortly going to end my life, or maybe... I'm getting better. It's so nice, getting along with one's own mother. *happy sigh*
On to rest of yesterday. We got Chinese for dinner, I gave Daddy a massage (he asked me to come more often, because he just about fell asleep over the kitchen counter when I was working on him... *grin*), and Mom dropped me back at my place. Then I went to Spin Jam with David... which was all sorts of uber tres cool and awesomeness. Met more splendiferous people, signed up for Project Earth volunteer thing... okay, explanation time again.
Project Earth is an opportunity to camp toghether and fund raise for charitable causes. The idea is to focalize hundreds of ticket purchasing participants to be involved in everything from prop building, theme camp design, workshop presentation, performance, family activites, promotions, clean up, ect... It's "OUR" playground... What can you contribute!? There are online discussion groups and planning sessions to help people figure out how they want to contribute. It's going to be utterly fantastic. Anywho, the problem is now that I have a ticket, I'm needing a someone to go with me. If this sounds interesting to anyone, tickets are $35... it's for the weekend of June 30th-July 1st. *happy dance* Link is

Okay, so that's that for Project Earth, back to Spin. I've got SO many new moves! JOY!!! I feel uber tres cool. And I love to dance, besides. It was great fun last night, a great release, made better by the happy vibes I was having as a result of my day. David, thanks for going with me!
So yeah. Life is good. It's going to be one helluva summer.
