A quick update before bed
So things have been pretty busy for me. Let's see what all has happened since my last post...Oh! Well the extraction of the tumor has gone well and I'm happy to report that I've healed up quite nicely. I have the weirdest centipede looking scar across my backside but I'll gladly take that over a tumor any day LOL.
I also passed my probation period with my job and so I am now a full fledged bus operator for TriMet! I have to admit it feels great knowing I am secure in my job and that I shall not only have good stable hours but be making enough to sustain myself independently (which will improve greatly as I get into the higher pay scales too).
Speaking of stability, with my job now safely secured and after hording funds away I am happy to say I've found my own little apartment to call my own! I'll be moving next month into my new little lair!!! I admit funds will be a bit tight for the first couple of months but honestly if it means I have my own place and can be independent and safe then I won't complain.
Other then that things are pretty much the same ol' same ol. I've been getting together with friends when I can on the weekends and going out and about and currently I am learning my holiday and summer runs. I can't say I've done too much artwork...I really just haven't had any desire nor have I had the patience/time to commit myself to anything.
But all in all life is going pretty darn good and I pray that it only continues to get better from here on out.
