We talked for a little bit today. Asked what presents I got and I asked the same. He said him and Karli only spent $25 on each other because they're planning on going to Disneyland on January 2nd. A week from now. In the beginning of our relationship we talked about traveling together. It's just funny when someone says they can't do things with you, but someone else can totally change them. I know this is probably their honeymoon, but it still stung.
I had a theory last night. I think he deals well with strong, controlling, independent women. I don't really view myself as any of those..at least in a relationship. I let him control me and walk all over me. That's why we didn't work out. He didn't have anyone to tie him down. We're both submissive when in relationships. two betas don't make a right.
Every day gets a little better. I don't know if talking to him is the right answer yet, but it still feels good that he keeps me in his life. I know I've been replaced..but still.
