When did I last write? Ah yes, Saturday. So I'll start there.
Saturday nite, I went over to Lucy's, where her daughter's boyfriend was having a birthday party. I hung out for a few hours, but Lucy passed out after about an hour. I felt bad, cause she ended up drinking too much and got sort of sick. :(
There was a classic James Bond movie marathon on over the weekend on Encore, so I have 17 Bond movies on my DVR and it is awesome.
There was just a question on the Pop Culture World Series about the Winona/Sak's incident. That made me laugh.
I have a very sneaking suspicion that my mom and that whole group of friends are throwing a going away party for me tomorrow nite. My mom randomly asked me to go to Got Wine with her, and we're apparently going to Terri's house first, so. I don't know what we're actually doing. We might just be going to Got Wine. I could be way off. But it just seems fishy. I am suspicious.
Doctor Who is seriously awesome and I love it. John Simm is amazing. I don't want to say any more about it, cause I don't want to blow the finale with speculation. That happened to me last year. I speculated almost perfectly correctly, and then I was a little irritated that I already figured it out. I just want to say that I absolutely love Martha Jones. :)
I can not wait to get away from my job. I could kill it. They have me training someone, oh yes. Problem is, the girl I am training has only been there 2 months, has never worked health care before that, doesn't know how to use Excel, and isn't very sharp with computers. Wow. Seriously. The only reason they picked this girl, and I know this, is because she is new and they can't give her a raise or promotion for taking the new position. Stupid. Hey, it's not my train wreck. I'll teach her the best I can, but then I don't have to deal with it, the management team will. Cause I will be gone. They're only digging their own graves. Dumbasses.
My paid account runs out in like 2 days. :( Sucks when your paid account runs out. I'll probably have to live with the free for a few weeks while I get situated with the move and everything. Dumb LJ.
