Project 365 - Day 46 and 47
To help myself keep straight what day belongs to what date... Monday the 15th is day 46, Tuesday the 16th is day 47. LOL. Tired of counting days on the calendar when I miss a day. *snicker*
My new pressie! jadawin got us each a phone. His is a developer phone so he can learn how to program it, make apps for it and all. He has a Blackberry Pearl for a backup phone too. I've been playing with all the fun features. LOVE being able to text, and browse and everything, whenever I want. ;)
Tonight we went to a place called Fletcher's Pub, in Kalamazoo, MI, for Tuesday night Trivia. Hubby plays NTN (aka Buzztime) trivia whenever he gets the chance, but Tuesday night is the big game called Showdown. This place has a nice group of people that play as a team, and we haven't had that kinda grouping since we left Las Vegas. So it was very nice. There were enough people in the place that not everyone got a playmaker, and that was okay with me. I had fun watching and offering answers when I knew them (not much!! LOL) Anyhow, as we were getting ready to leave, I saw this machine. It's a claw machine, where you pop in a couple of quarters, position the claw, press the button and hope it grabs what you're aiming for. This is what I won from the machine. Three tries. Hubby says I coulda had it on the second try, but as soon as it started lifting, I jumped up and down in excitement. *giggles* So this is the fuzzy pink rubber ball I won. It's filled with air, and feels squishy and spongy. He doesn't like the feel, but I think it's neat. :D
