Playground and a Sim :D
I usually don't have enough space to place playground equipment on my residential lots, so I made a Playground (very creative) for my little simmies :D
The only CC included is the grass, the terrain paint, a door and floor tiles (the last two are from the "restroom")

Things you should know about him: comes packaged as in the pictures (with your S4), has elf ears...I guess the eyes are custom, so change them if you prefer geneticized. And he looks cute as a toddler :D
