The Stewart Family, Week one
The masculine part of the Stewart siblings (also known under the name of Christopher) is trying his hand at painting, trying to express both his sensitive and sensible way of being.
Meanwhile, Bernice has taken up pottery, because - ladies of the real and pixel world, pay attention to this - clay is amazing for your skin!
Bernice: "Indeed! Look at my face, it's radiating :D"
But the effect seems to wear off really soon, as Bernice isn't all rainbows and sunshine when Crystal, her brother's girlfriend, is around.
Although Christopher is pretty fond of Crystal, he knows he'll never be able to make her wild spirit settle down. But Miss Right Now is much more fun than Miss Right, so that's a bonus!
You might also remember that Bernice has a boyfriend too, Rudolf. Problem is, Rudolf is the male version of Crystal, meaning that he just wants to fool around while Bernice hopes for a lot more. Maybe someday...
One day Christopher realised that he can do much more than paint all day long, so he decided to fill the vacancy in the Education Career.
That day he came home with his first promotion and with Carl, who was really happy to see auntie Bernice.
It didn't take long either and Christopher painted a masterpiece. If I were Crystal, I would quit all that freedom nonsense and propose to him as soon as possible.
Like brother like sister: Bernice soon mastered the pottery skill, earning a golden badge and perfect skin!
Seeing Bernice sculpt all kinds of little clay things, Christopher thought it would be pretty easy and wanted to try sculpting something himself. He...failed miserably. You can't have it all, dude!
Rudolf: "You're better and a lot more beautiful than you brother and you know it!"
Bernice: Then why the heck aren't you taking this relationship further?
At the end of the week they decided to have some friends over.
Christopher: "So tell me, little man, have you had your first kiss yet?"
Carl: "I'm seven. And you're going to be my new teacher. I thought teachers aren't supposed to ask inappropriate questions."
Christopher: "Good point :|"
Carl: Seems like school's going to be much more interesting than I first thought...
Bernice thinks Vanessa and Timothy are a lovely couple, but at the same time she can't help but wonder if she'll ever have a little golden ring on her finger.
All in all, it was a pleasant day and everyone stayed til late. Christopher started to paint a portrait for Vanessa as a sign of appreciation and respect for the founder.
But after everyone left Bernice managed to burn some spaghetti and a counter as a bonus!
The Journalist Career is a step closer to being unlocked!
