Takahiro Sakurai .... Cloud Strife (voice)
Shinichirô Miki .... Sephiroth (voice)
Both of these seiyuus have made appearances in .hack//SIGN, and were both the voice actors (in Japan) for Cloud and Sephy in Kingdom Hearts. (Miki, actually, was also the voice of Aladdin in the Japanese version.) Sakurai has also starred in some Pokemon and Digimon movies. (Go figure.) Miki was also the voice of Allen in Escaflowne the Movie.
Went to check what animes they had starred in, and here are some of the more popular ones:

Cowboy Bebop- Herman
Fushigi Yuugi- Keisuke (Miaka's brother)
Pokemon- various roles
Escaflowne- Allen
Vampire Miyu- Larva
Sakurai:
Hee, he kinda looks like Cloud ^^
Gate Keepers- Shun Ukiya
Gravitation- Game show host
Hikaru no Go - Kaoi's captain, Toshinori Honda
Samurai Deeper Kyo- Kubira
So these men have worked together before, apparently...especially in Kingdom Hearts, where they both were these characters.
But what really got me was that Miki was cast as Sephiroth, not Kadaj, Loz, or any of the other silver haired men. Does this mean that the actual Sephiroth WILL be in Acdvent Children? As maybe more than a flashback? I don't think they would have only included these two seiyuus on the page if Sephiroth's role was just a minor flashback or two...
This makes me even MORE convinced that the mysterious wheel chair person shown in the trailers is in fact Sephiroth, or some form of him.
