Ah, but she has chosen. There's nothing wrong with having doubts or changing your mind later. Life happens. She's seventeen and still adjusting to being what she is. It's not a crime to second guess yourself or change your mind. She might, she might not. But the two characters I see having the biggest growth and changes in the series are the two that have already moved so far apart that it really is difficult to see them ever being able to come back together. But in order for the story to work, that's the relationship that has to be mended. It being romantic or friendship...that's what time will show us.
He attempted a truce of a sort, I think. I don't think he intended on threatening her life again but offering shelter and time to heal in a safe environment isn't the same as offering your neck for a snack. Especially when it's Zero. Really, poor Yuuki. I don't know what she'd be more horrified about. Taking blood from someone who she knows wants to kill her. Taking blood from Zero so soon after promising Kaname her punishment for having Zero in her heart was to only take his blood. Or just plain taking Zero's 'precious blood' that should only belong to him. Really, it's no wonder she ran so quick.
