open toed shoes... so difficult

They're everywhere! And I have two problems with them. 1) It's winter in Minnesota... like 9 degrees outside. So you are forced to wear tights or something underneath them. 2) If your toenails aren't done you can forget about strolling the town in your new pair of open-toes.
Oh well, they are still super cute I suppose I will have to make my peace with them.
