Random Thoughts That are Random but Heroes Related
For the most part, I don't judge people on who they ship, especially when it comes to Heroes because it will always be my most beloved show.
Yep, I was feeling pretty emo after watching Scandal the previous night. But you know what made me feel better? Heroes. Whenever something like this gets me down, I go back to Heroes, and more specifically, HRG. And it always makes me feel better. Whether it's watching the actual episodes or clips, fan videos or fanfiction, or even just coming on here or tumblr and looking at or posting pics and graphics. It's like... going home.
Unfortunately, there is a bit of a lack of decent fic starring Noah Bennet and more importantly, my OTP Noah/Eden. So, when I need inspiration, I generally turn back to things that I've made in the past:
Watching this again really got me thinking about the HRG pairings that I really like all of them. And reading some more fic!
Noah/Eden will probably always be my OTP though.

I made a Noah/Eden fan mix a while back, which I posted here (I also made a noaire one, a poah one and a Noah/Claude one) and I was listening to these playlists and some other songs in my itunes lists when it suddenly hit me that Night Moves by Bob Seger is such a perfect Noah/Eden song.

One more bit of randomness I've been thinking about a lot lately. I also happen to love Noah/Lauren. But there's something that always bugged me about Lauren. I always felt like she was a replacement for Eden. I mean, as far as the storyline goes, she worked at Primatech at the same time... and it wasn't a case of "one of us, one of them" because she didn't have an ability. So, I always felt, in my shipper heart, that everything that happened between Noah and Lauren in what was supposed to be a flashback to season 1 should have happened between Noah and Eden. That being said, I do ship Noah with Lauren anyway (how could I not?) and there is even a fantastic fic that I would just as soon adopt as canon, taking place during season 4.
