So today at work I answered a very amusing phone call. Here is the just of it.
A woman called to the store and asked me if we had any large sized hammocks in stock, and after checking the inventory I told her that we indeed did have several in stock. She proceeded to explain to me that she had received one of these hammocks as a gift but wanted to exchange it for another one, I explained to her that it was alright for her to do so provided she had her receipt.She responded by saying she would be in later in the afternoon, and before I hung up i asked her "what was the reason you were exchanging the hammock you currently have?" This next part is not contrived by any means, this are the percise words of what the woman said. "The one we have is defective, it seems as though it was woven improperly and has a bunch of holes in it"
You can imagine that i had to bite my tongue and pause for a good ten seconds to collect myself and not burst out in hysterical laughter.
