I have lots to catch up on.. I had my surgery and I survived. I was in the hospital 2 days and it was glorious. I wish I could live at the hospital. Evething was clean. I didn't have to wait to go to the bathroom (no diapers!). I had a great view of Mt. St. Helen's (Yay, Firstenburg Tower!) And FREE MOVIES
After 2 days I came back here.
2 weeks later I changed from plaster casts to these:
In between that, my friends Breeann and Hannah came to visit. It was hannah's idea to come. I'm so glad they came It was such a pick-me-up. I felt like me again. I know my parents' love me, but my friends treat me like me. Like a whole person...with dreams, who happens to be disabled. With my parents, I am disabled first.Always. It sucks that my most disguinishing characteristic IS being disabled.
They organized and beautified my room. We drove to Portland and went to see the temple.
Miss them already.
