That's it, I'm cutting my hair
My hair is getting l-ong.. Like fourth wife of a polygamous family long.*
I told my mom this last week while watching the Texas raids on TV.
She about busted a gut.
Then I read this today.
It says in part:
The women never cut their hair because they believe they will use it to wash Christ's feet during the Second Coming, Bennion says. A Biblical quote says a woman's hair should be her crowning glory.
So men don't have to wash Christ's feet? Men don't need a crowning glory? Hmmm...
* Although my great great grandfather had two mommies before it was stopped, the mainstream Mormon church denounced polygamy in the 1890's. I'm not planning to be anyone's fourth wife!
