So the bishopric member in question finally emailed me; he said he forgot...and that lost him the bulletin. I need to send out a clear message...and that'll do it. Part of me wants to be a pansy and finish it, but I need to send a message. THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN!
