(no subject)
oy vey, YESTERDAY!
So...didn't do a whole lot at work bc im still waiting for the primers. had a coffee break for 1 hr and then went to lunch 1 hr later. =)
when i got off work i had to go downtown and get some stuff taken care of. i was gonna meet up with caitlin, justin and maybe addison. we tried to push things back and i went home. this is where the hectic day started. while im on my driveway my mom calls in a panic. we were having unexpected guests over in 15-20 minutes. my mom's left hand is in a cast and yesterday she decided to clean her closet so there were clothes and bags of stuff everywhere. i get home, we start moving stuff and throwing it all over the place. meanwhile we don't have a/c so every time you pass a fan it's like heaven. (the heat was disgusting) my mom is the best. while we are all caught up in the action, we both started yelling and laughing out heads off. Mihai and his younger brother, Stefan, came over. they brought flowers for out birthdays which was really nice and we all just hung out and talked to a couple hrs. well...my phone stopped working so then i was on the phone for over one hr with t-mobil trying to get the problem fixed. i missed 6 phone calls which were important and did a really poor job at planning my night. we went in town with mihai and stefan to visit mugur. later on lucas called. he came to visit me. we went to ruby tuesdays and baker park. i didn't get home till 2. i think i finally met someone as stubborn as me. and that's not a good thing. but....we always have a good time. to top off what felt like a crazy day, my aunt and uncle are coming over this weekend. we just found this out. first of all, its my bday and i dont want to deal with them...and they will be staying in MY room. it totally sucks. they are so uptight and i just dont like having them around, especially if my cousin is not with them. shes still in romania till next week. today i have to go home and clean my entire room top to bottom and help my mom do some other stuff. this weekend was supposed to be fun, but its turning out to be really difficult for my family. mugur had to take off work bc my mom cant cook or do anything with one hand for our guests. such shitty timing.
