Short update
Well, first some good news...
I got my Massage Therapy License in the mail today...so its all official finally, I'm licensed by the state to do massage therapy.
Bad news...
I'm still recovering from the surgery I had 8'ish days ago, to catch people up, or those that don't know already, 5 months ago I was in an auto accident, one week ago, after months of trying therapy, I had arthroscopic surgery to stabilize my left shoulder, the Doctor when he went in found an avulsion to the glenoid labrum, and several stretched ligaments, one stretched to about an inch longer than it should of been, and well frayed. The ligaments have been shortened and waiting for the scar tissue to set in, and the labrum repaired.
The downside to this is 6 weeks in a sling (5 remaining) and then 3-4 months of physical therapy and restrengthening. After rehab I should be able to begin working on building my clientele, although I do have several people already waiting in the wings for me to start working.
