I seriously am close to finishing a whole book. Well, one 300-page (or so) part of a three part series contained in one volume, but a book nonetheless.

I have the entire outline, completed to absolute satisfaction. That's all I need. Character dialogue and description comes easy as hell to me. If I can nail the story structure, then I'm in the gold, baby.
