Dazed and Confused
I keep feeling as though I've lost a day, inexplicably. I keep feeling like it's Tuesday, despite the millions of posts on Facebook about "12-12-12 Hump Day". It's Wednesday, and for that I should be overjoyed, as it's the last night of work prior to a four-day weekend.
I think we might finally paint the damned living room this weekend. I've kinda been pushing for it for a while, and we've been talking about it much longer... but since our Christmas present from Mikey's folks is new furniture (and a fireplace), we really need to get the painting done before that stuff gets put in here! Perhaps his procrastination on the project can finally be beaten... Of all the things in this house that need to be done, it's the easiest project. It would be so nice to have it out of the way, finally.
I suppose we shall soon find out.
(I just barely stopped myself from signing this as though it were a letter. I'm not sure where my head is, perhaps it's gone to bed without me.)
