The ups and downs of flying
I like flying, really.
I just hate:
-Airports in general
-Airport security
-Delayed flights
-People who slam their seats back into my knees
-Airport restrooms with insufficient equipment
-Airports with insufficient space and organisation of people waiting for flights
-Flight attendants on information desks who can't at least tell you where that plane is that's supposed to pick you up from Kansas City
-Baggage claim taking yeaaaaaars
-Crowds in the airport
-The little ass drinks they give you on the airplane
-The $3 they would charge you for a CAN of beer
The list could go on. But there IS one I wanted to hit a little more thoroughly...
In Kansas City, while waiting for my 3:50 flight to even show up in the first place (at about 3:45), I decided I should run to the restroom. Except there was a problem:
4 full bladders, 3 toilets, 2 freaking sinks, and a hand dryer on the far wall.
...Perhaps they were just making fun of us for travelling at Christmastime.
Anyway, we made it, and only about a half-hour late. Hadn't been here two hours yet when we needed to go... to Wal-Mart. Heh. Oh well.
I should probably see what's going on for breakfast.
