Hi there! Meet Sylvia's new puppy, Ziva.
She's a Shepard mix. We think she might have Lab or Collie in her. My mom guessed Chow, too, but who knows. (She has a Republican Elephant chew toy. I find this highly amusing. =P) She's pretty much the sweetest, friendliest dog ever, and while certainly a puppy, she also knows when to calm down.
The cats aren't thrilled, of course-Sidney especially. He's being a grumpy old man. But he's approached her a few times to sniff her, so I think it should be okay, especially since she shows no desire to chase them. I think she just wants to be friends. She's also pretty fascinated by the rabbit, and I don't think she cares at all about the rats.
I think that was pretty much all I wanted to post about, except for that I would appreciate it if my brain didn't give me fic ideas and then desert me right before I finish them.
