I really don't want to hear this song after watching War of the Worlds.
Is that even the name of the movie? Do I even want to know the name of that movie?
Bleh, I don't want to hear ANYTHING after that movie.
Except the painful cries of death from everyone who had any part in the production of it.
During the previews, I was thinking,
"I should cut my hair really short... and bleach it.... and then maybe dye it pink.... yeah..."
Previews obviously are dangerous because they're so boring that they allow such thoughts as the one above.
I've never done anything to my hair. Never dyed or highlighted.. or is there anything else to do color-wise besides those two? I have no idea.
I'll probably cut it short again, though.
Hair related commentary: Suave hair gel sucks. So much. I know it's cheap, but they always brag about how it's just as good as everything else. I'm going to call them up on their freaking promise; I don't want to use their over$2 flaky stuff. I'm continuing to use the fucking expensive reliable hair junk that Bed Head serves up in cool packaging. Dammit, my head itches.
I told Nancy when the monster robot came out of the ground "Dude, wtf? I thought this was a movie about.. wars.. like battles.. like in LOTR, those cool battles, you know? This totally is not what I was thinking it was..." She commented that it should have been titled "Extermination of the Worlds" I concurred; that would have been less deceiving. (but I supposed that's what I get for having no idea what I'm seeing before the movie)
[In the beginning scene, I asked "Uh, Is that Tom Cruise?" Because it first looked like some cool guy and then looked like him sort-of, but I had no earthly idea of who was in the movie, so I couldn't tell. She kind of was like "uh, you moron, yeah it's him"]
Thankfully, the movie was free. Thank you to Chelsea/Laura.
I've realized my brain is totally not working lately. Examples:
a) not remembering that Gateway existed
b) not knowing how to leave Gateway - where to turn, etc.
c) where Nancy lived or where to turn even though I had picked her up tonight and another time.
d) totally forgetting where Holly lived when I was driving her home.
e) not knowing how to get to Main Event (never been there, but know where it is)
f) i think the night messes with me so I can't remember how to get anywhere; this is not an example so much as speculation.
