What Happened To My Slump?
Just when I think things are slowing down at work and I'll have some time to catch up on my personal to do list, things begin to pile up. ::sigh::
The Logistics Manager just found a ginormous pile of freight bills and logs that need to be entered into our system for the end of the month audit...which is next fucking Wed. My three day weekend is no more, since I'll be taking home a laptop to do the damn logging. This pile of paperwork that he found stands, I kid you not, 8 inches tall. We figure there are about 700 pages of paper here that need to be put into the system.
Fun times to be had.
Of course, after complaining about the load of work I need to do, you're probably wondering why I'm posting instead of doing said work? Well, I'll have three days to work from home plus two days next week to finish what I need to...so, I declare today a free day! And because I seriously don't feel like doing shit today except scowling at Mt. Saint Paperwork and roaming the internet.
As for A Beautiful Mistake...well, I promise I'm still working on it. I just have come to the conclusion that it is best not to give out a posting date because I will do nothing but get hopes up and then ultimately fail you. :) Therefore, like a Writing Ninja I will sneak in the night and one day you will wake up, and there it will be.
