Check In...
Hi, everyone!
I'm just checking in to let everyone know the surgery went fine. My cousin loaned (and installed) his wireless router to me for the next couple of weeks, so I won't be without the internet while I'm doing bedrest.
I'm still a little queasy from the anesthesia, but it's bearable.
The pain is not as bad as I expected, either...that and the fact that I'm on a preeetttttyyyyy potent pain med.
I want to thank everyone who put up with my general bitchiness the last two (three?) weeks. Right now, things look better since a few of the major stresses are off my back and my parents (as a way early birthday present) are going to take care of my car payment and phone bill for this month.
Besides, I'm so mellow on the pain pills right now that my thoughts waver between "Life is great!" and "Oh look, shiny!"
