Cool! I don't have one yet. It's hard thinking of a good one, you know? I mean, it's something I'm going to be saying every time I cast a spell, so it needs to be cool sounding or the other mages will just laugh at me.

Yeah! Just a little bit, though, since I only started training. Both my parents knew it, too, but dad never really wanted me to learn.

...Anyway, if you just got here, your magic's not going to work right away. You have to wait for the town to give it back. There are other ways, but they involve trades you probably don't want to make.

Somehow, when people get brought here, they show up without any of their stuff from home or any of their special powers. I'm not really sure how they do it.

But if you meant the trade thing, don't even bother. It's really not worth giving up your memories or parts of your body when you can just wait.

Yeah. I know it sounds weird, but you can go to the post office in this town and trade in parts of your body or memories for stuff back from home. But you'll eventually just get it all back anyway, so it's a pretty bad deal.
