new year.
eat right - not starving myself or going crazy about eliminating things... just making sure i eat healthy whenever i can, get enough protein, etc.
feel healthy - making sure to take care of myself. not getting burned out, having enough sleep, vitamins, if i'm feeling blah, going for a walk instead of sitting around.
doing my excercises for my back, trying yoga to help.
lower stress- taking my medicine, not procrastinating as much, using time wisely and spending the extra with people who are positive influences.
sounds good to me.
