Not everyone has comented much on their music tastes so I only know about some members. It's a lot easier to see it with members that compose music, which are only Ryo, Subaru and Yasu.
I think Ryo is the easiest to see because he likes to talk about music/artists he likes and we can see his taste reflected in his music a lot. His songs have consistency between them, I mean, he maintains a certain style for most of his songs (like, if you take any set of solo songs in their albuns you would easily guess which song is Ryo's). He loves rock and good guitarists, and some artists he has mentioned at one point or another are Jimmy Hendrix, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Saito Kazuyoshi, and he also always mentions Kanjani8's Rolling Coaster as one of his favorite songs, and he also likes Heavenly Psycho and LIFE. I say I like his taste the best because I like the artists he mentions and his solo songs are usually my favorites (assuming he composes songs based in his own personal taste, that is).
For Subaru, he tends to like more soulful, insightful, emotional, deep songs (just look at his solo albums, past solo songs and songs he likes to cover). He also mantains a style for most his solo works. I think Subaru's music reflects his personality a lot.
Yasu... I'm not really sure about him, because the songs he writes are more varied in genre. They tend to go in a lighter direction than Subaru's, though. It's hard to know which are based on his own personal taste and which are made thinking of the fans' tastes (or maybe he's just more eclectic and likes a lot of stuff). Actually, Yasu considers the fans tastes and what speaks to them more in his compositions than Ryo or Subaru, who put more weight on expressing themselves.
Yoko is a huge fan of a group called B'z, that must say something on his taste.
Maru said once (in Hohoemi Date with Ryo, I think) that he likes LIFE among Eito's song, but he said it more about the message of the song than the musical genre itself.. For artists he has talked about, he once mentioned Goraku and Otona from Tokyo Jihen as his favorite albums and Kokoro (also from Tokyo Jihen) as his favorite song. He also loves singer Shiina Ringo. There's probably more that I don't remember right now.. (Maru's taste doesn't click much with mine, tbh).
I must confess I don't know much about Tatsu's music taste.. He probably has mentioned it before on radio or in interviews but I can't remember.
As for Hina... well, he doesn't talk about music much...
