Festival of Inspiration
Is anyone going to Festival of Inspiration this weekend? I was supposed to leave tomorrow morning with my friend Katyayani who is volunteering, but my plans have changed. I found out yesterday morning that my grandfather died and I would really like to be there for my mom. The wake is tomorrow and the funeral is the day after tomorrow. I am hoping to drive down to New Vrndavan on Friday. It's only a 6-7 hour drive. I think I can do that by myself. I still need a place to stay. Does anyone have a room that I could stay in Friday & Saturday nights? I have a sleeping bag so I just need a spot on the floor. I am going to try to get a tent from my mom so if that doesn't work out I can just camp out. Only thing I'm afraid of is the cold mountain nights. I am still a tiny bit sick and I don't want to aggravate my body by sleeping outside in the cold.
