Just thinking about things
I talked to Kevin tonight. It is so good to hear from him. I got the b'day card he sent yesterday. It made me feel a lot better. :)
I wish it was Thurs. night instead of Tues. night. I am ready to be thru with classes. And for hockey. I am trying to convince Kevvie Wevvie to come down for a game soon. Hopefully I can make a trip up to Nashvegas over break. I am planning on it. Don't know when yet, but hopefully soon.
Feeling reflective, and not in the mirrored surfaces kind of way. :)
I am thinking of all the cool people I've known in my relatively short life. I've been so blessed. You guys know I feel strongly about positive reinforcement and encouragement. You also know on occasion I feel the need to post this stuff, so if you don't want mush, better skip this one. Actually, let's make it a bit more interesting...no names. Find yourself in the list. :)
#1- You are one of the best supporters of mine. You are always encouraging me and your faith in me and the love you put into our relationship makes my heart warm. I love that we always crack each other up, and I value you more than I can express.
#2- I see a lot of myself in you, and vice versa. We have so many similarities that it is really easy for me to identify with you and know where you are coming from. In some ways, when I see how you act and feel, it's like looking in a mirror. I hope that my other friends see me in the way I see you.
#3- I am so glad you are in my life. I think we are good for each other and help each other find happiness. I am glad you feel that you can confide in me and trust me, and I hope I can live up to your expectations.
#4- I can't even begin to list the wonderful things about you. We are very complimentary in our attitudes and line of thinking. It's like puzzle pieces. Corny as it may be, you complete me in a lot of ways.
#5- There are a lot of feelings I haven't expressed to you, somewhat out of fears. But I think the world of you and more. You always make me laugh and I not only wish we could spend more time together, but hope that you will only grow to be an even bigger part of my life.
#6- You have such a strong character and amazing confidence. Sometimes you seem fearless, and there are many things I admire about you. You are extremely loyal and increadibly fun. It would be dreadfully boring without you as my good friend.
#7- We have gotten each other through a lot of tough times. On the flip side, we've experienced so many wonderful things together too. I am so lucky that I know you will always be there for me, and I am honored to be able to always be there for you. You are fantastic and irreplacible.
#8- You are undeniably talented and driven. Just thinking of you makes me smile. Your wit and insights may go unnoticed by the casual observer, but I hear them and think you all the wiser for it. I hope you realize how beautiful and amazing you are, because I do!
