All Work And No Play
I know I promised to write so much more but yea, I just can't find the time, Im at my lunch break at work right now. I rather be at home cleaning or taking my dog to work. I've been trying to be on this diet for a long time and the fattening world has got the best of me, I'm doing real well at work I only eat yogurt and I don't drink soda I drink lots of water and juice and coffee.
I have a work out tape Im supposed to be doing but the motivation to actually get up and do it is hard to find, I havent been able to excerisce which I know without I will never loose weight. I went into the walgreens before work today and I was buying some cigs for my bf, the lady was talking about ids and when she was looking at mines I was saying yea, thats me when I was skinny. She says, isent that how it is with all of us, she says God one day told her there had to be some fat people on earth so she said she would take the fall and volunteered, I thought that was cute. Well I shall share some more useless info later. love sara
