New year, new entry
Well, I'm still here! Things have been pretty hectic lately but let's see if I can wrap it up:
I started working as a copywriter for QVC on January 3. I'm only working part time right now, and still partly on unemployment, but I'm hoping that I'll get promoted to full time eventually. It's astonishing how good this company is to its employees, and how it values hard work and dedication; I'm still getting used to it.
I'm getting married in about two and a half months, which means shit's getting real! I've been engaged for over a year now so it didn't seem real for a long time. Things are exciting, but sometimes a little overwhelming. I think the wedding and reception are going to be awesome and totally represent us.
I have a few personal projects in the works and I'm excited to see how they turn out. I feel like my career could go in so many different ways right now. I won't be happy until I'm working all hours of every day and night, I guess.
Winter will be over soonish! I fucking hate the cold and it's been really brutal this year. I can't wait until warm weather is back.
