I started kickboxing last night and it did wonders for my anxiety. I didn't really think it would work. And despite feeling sore as hell right now, I also feel really good. I hope I can keep this up.
Spring allergies have started so it feels like my entire brain is turning to snot, so I guess that part's not so great, but I can deal.
And this weekend should be lots of fun. Hooray for spring.
