Dear Jason,
As I write this, you are getting ready to graduate from UArts, just a bit over four years after I did. It really seems like yesterday that we met for the first time. I was just out of college, dirt poor, and working at GameStop, and you were that guitar-playing, Led Zeppelin-loving hippie that moved in with Ben and Geoff. No wonder we became friends so quickly. I don't usually make friends that easily, but we became close really quick, and I'm so glad. You were there for me so many times when I needed you, and I hope that I was there for you too.
I hope you know that you are a big part of what made Philadelphia so special to me. I'll never forget the Pine Street apartment and my Pine Street boys. Lost Boys never say die!
The last few years have flown by and a lot of things have changed, but even though I don't see you every day anymore, you're still one of my best friends. And I'm really, really proud of you.
Love you!
