I must say that today was such a thrilling event. I never thought so many people would go to vote and cheer for there candidate and that the one that I wanted to win. I was using the internet instead of the TV to follow the election. If only you could of seen my surprise and heard my screaming of enthusiasm when I went to refresh my election results page and all of a sudden see this photo on my screen.
My family and I were jumping and screaming and ahhh PARTY!!!!!!! We saw history be made and saw an end to the most memorable election of my own life-time. I am so glad that Obama won. I hope he can accomplish what he campaigned on. I know change won't happen right away. Lets be realistic... change takes time and I don't think it can all happen in 4 years, but I hope we will have a foundation to build on. Personally I enjoyed both McCain's and Obama's speeches. Although my favorite is from our 44th elected Mr. President.
