an interesting conversation about White House Spam at work...
(Here is a conversation my co-workers and I had, as I can best reconstruct it:)
Jay: Laura Bush keeps sending me email!
Me: Political spam?
Jay: Well, yeah. But I signed up for it.
Me: *sigh*
Jay: I just find it amusing.
Me: I feel rather proud of the fact that MY emails you have read and Laura Bush's emails remain "unread."
Jay: That's 'cause I'm pretty sure you're not trying to sell me republican dogma.
Me: War & money are good.
Jay: DAMNIT!!! I'm so gullible.
Craig: Laura Bush keeps leaving little presents for me at my desk.
Me: She left me a present in my shoe once.
Craig: The White House has a secret and if it gets out, our world will never be the same: Laura Bush is a shoe-crapper.
Jay: Oh dear god!
