so im here
so im at my new home in my dorm room at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and its been pretty good. I moved in wednesday and they didnt have the loft kit in my dorm room ao we couldnt really start setting stuff up till about 4 so we got all situated, my roommate is really nice i think we will get along just fine, shes having some computer problems tho that the "Get Connected" people cant help they are like geek squad at tech, pretty cool i guess. umm then after i got all situated i went to renata's dorm to hang out wit her and jen, we went to one of renata's friends apts. and watched zoolander it was pretty fun, but i got back at like one and then i couldnt sleep well at all, it was sooo hot up on my bed cus its lofted and on the highest notch that it can be and the fans just dont blow up there, not condusive to my sleeeping. then i wake up after probably maybe an hour of sleep that night and i feel like crap and i dont kno why, i feel like i have to throw up and i have a headache and im like eww why do i feel like this? theres no way i would have drank so its not a hang over just incase some one reads this and thinks i would get drunk, i dont drink, i think its stupid that people WANT to throw up, i just dont get it. but anyways i ate half of a cookies and m&m bar that mornin and then just chilled and watched tv till jen and renata showed up and then we went to squires to eat, at au bon pain dont get turkey cheddar chees on sliced country white, it wasnt good. so after that jen went to amainstreet to find wachovia and renata and i went to torgenson to get the software i need that was cool cus they put ur name up on the wall wit a projector and they have u in a waiting line and then move u over to a now serving line and its like ur winning the lottery kinda like in the island cept they dont kill they give u software lol. so after that we tried to make it to the 2:15 bt bus (bt= blacksburg transit) cus i read the site wrong or didnt kno what to look at or somethin and got the time wrong, so we went back to slusher (wherew renata and jen live) and fixed jen's beds cus they werent trying to work, and with renata a "freakiun engineer" and my ideas i could be an honorary "freakin engineer" we were able to figure it out and the beds finally bunked then we made it back to the bt stop and got on the bus. so we get to walmart at 3:30 and the next bt bus comes at 4:30 so we have an hour to get two girls wit lists and me just kinda goin along for the rides' stuff. so we get to the line at like 4:25 and jen still doesnt really have everything and renata and i realize that theres no way we would be checked out and out there to make the 4:30 bus so we get out of line and spend another hour in walmart, and then we bump into my brother and Lindsay Cooper, they had a million bananas and apples and they had to get a hundred pounds of meat and 15 gallons of milk, i was like wow crazy. but then we finished and went out to wait for the 5:30 bus, we were a lil early and the bus turned out to be a lil late, but we got back and dropped some stuff off at renatas room then went up to jen's and erika had gotten here and thy were talkin about how they wanted to fix the room, then they went out to eat and we went back to renata's room and orded pizza and watched the wedding planner, then i came back to my dorm and got online for a lil while then went to bed, i slept much better last night and i dont feel sick this mornin so i think we are good. all in all i would say my first two days at tech were pretty tight cept for not sleeping well feeling sick and havein headachs and neck pains but other than that its fun. ok this is along long entry but i thought i would share it all so enjoy :-D
