I officially passed all three of my classes this semester. I'm not quite sure on the grade in one class, but I'm thinking it should be a 'B'. YAY! I was four points away from getting a 'B' in Intermediate Alegbra. I'm not talking a 76, I'm talking, total class points, I had 396, and 400 points is a 'B'. So, I end up with a 79 in that class. Yeah, I know, that doesn't seem too good, but I'm fuckin' excited about it!!
We had some friends over and played 'Guitar Hero' on Friday night. And that karaoke game, as well. It was fun! Nate is getting REALLY good at 'Guitar Hero', and I had some interesting conversations. Fun time, fun times.
Saturday, I was pretty much worthless from going to bed at 5am. I wanted to go out to celebrate passing Algebra, but I was just too tired, AND Cortney flaked out, as usual.
I think I figured out why Algebra is so hard for me. The teachers ALWAYS say "it's just like you did in high school...this should just be review..." WELL, I didn't graduate, and before I 'dropped' out, I went to four different high schools, so...I'd be in Algebra, but in the next month, I'd be in Geometry at the next school, so I just never completed the class. It's frustrating. But hopefully I can get through College Algebra, and Elementary Statisitcs by summer, and I should have TWO Associate's! As of right now, I'm almost halfway to my Bachelor's, I suppose. Still so far away!
