temple israel of alameda is my saving grace. i open the industrial size freezer and what do i find? cheese blintzes! yummmmmmmm.... i'm carbing myself out but who has two thumbs and doesn't give a crap? ME! (cheese blintzes are the ultimate in comfort food -- i take a bite and am throttled back into my gramma's dining room for a generous sunday brunch... this is so nice...)
