Took everything remaining in the garden out, except for a few (hopefully) perennials - lavender, ornamental thyme, hyssop, and that one tiny pawpaw tree - which are tarped on the porch. I have four bags of stuff gleaned from what remained, mainly carrots, mint, lavender, and dill. I've got some cooking to do.
I wrote up a post about this year's garden, but it's still sitting in my email. I'll get to it. I've also started taking a class on "woodland gardening" (i.e., your yard looks like a woodland glade, but more directed and intentional). It's purely theoretical on my part, considering that we have close-to-zero actual land. Someday, who knows. Of course, my love of native/woodland type plants and my love of vegetable gardening are at odds. One = low light, one = lots of light, and preferably heat. Ah, well. Interesting to learn about, anyway.

Here's my fannish resolution, to keep me busy over the winter (maybe)!
Remember that legal streaming exists! Unfortunately, I was reminded of this when I went looking for Toradora!, which isn't to be found streaming nor on Netflix - streaming or disc. I keep hearing in reviews that it transcends its stock-sounding premise (romcom in which girl smacks guy around), and I will always give a series credit for transcending type. However, I would rather not buy a series sight-unseen, no matter how glowing the reviews are.
Anyway, that's my plan for trying out some new things.
And this is the answer to the title line. Two loaves should make a dent, after I get all of the actual leaves stripped down and such.
Edit:
OK, we're fixed! Rawk.
