Having Greenie here was wonderful. My only regret is that it all went by so fast. I really really really really really really wish she lived here. I miss her face.
I showed her my Austin - the people and the places I love. She got to meet everyone, and I do mean everyone. We took her to Alamo Drafthouse, Kerbey Lane, Homeschool Graduation, Dobie mall, Rocky Horror, Veggie Heaven and the Harry Ransom Center, where we saw the first photograph ever taken and the Guttenburg bible. We sought out cute boys and looked at pictures of Jonathan Rhys Meyers. We watched Velvet Goldmine, the movie that made us friends, together.
I miss our car rides and the music we played and our late night talks. I hate that I can't have everyone I love close to me.
