i completely agree with you, especially about their music. i'm so tired of people getting upset because waah waah waaahhh santi sucks, almost here was better. boo hoo. i'm sure they'd be even more upset if they came out with something that sounded like it could be named "Almost Here: The Follow Up To The Debut Album" because no one wants 2 cds that are exactly the same. TAI has matured in all ways, and people need to acknowledge and respect that. their music is growing progressively better, and i really don't care if stupid fans think otherwise. just because tom isn't in the band anymore doesn't mean that TAI sucks and should stop making music.

omg i so agree about the kitten. i believe kittens are the answer to all global conflicts. imagine what would have happened if the US had just gotten saddam hussein a cat instead of going over and trying to blow him up. seriously, it's a win win situation!

you know ... an idea just struck me. maybe it's the fans who have changed. i mean yeah okay the band has changed their sound, looks, whatever -- that's all good. variety is the spice of life, they say. but maybe we (not you and i specifically, the fanbase collectively as a whole) have just changed and gotten too caught up in being "~fierce" (btw, that phrase does not pay, and i hate the ~ in front of words.) that things have become the way they are ( ... )

yeah ia with you completely. the band has changed, yes, but the fans are changing too, more and more everyday. we expect so much from this band that has given us more than any other band, and now it seems like everyone's becoming more and more bitchy about it ( ... )

ia. i know that if i was in a position like this, i'd be extremely saddened and upset by the state of the community at this point.. augh... i hope this all clears itself up somehow.

and i just found out that i knew one of the kids who started one of the california fires in malibu. that kids signature is in my freaking yearbook. i feel sick.
