Oh God, Nick and Jen. So adorable! Seriously, some of the most adorable moments from any ship I've ever had. They just look so comfortable together and it looks so right, and how is it Jen's supposed to be having doubts about their relationship after all that? Some sort of honeymoon phase?
But oh, there was that half-second shot of them in the ad for next week, with her running away and Nick standing there looking all dejected. How can a half-second shot break my heart so much?
Anyway, back to the squeeing. Nick! I have developed such a crush on him. Such a crush. At the beginning where he's just lying awake watching her, and kissing her shoulder. Aw!
Though these two have got something to learn about discretion. Your colleagues are used to you being familiar with each other. They are detectives. They will pick something up if you start calling each other 'Jennifer' instead of Jen, and 'Detective Buchanan' instead of Nick. It's too stiff and formal, and rather obvious that you're hiding something.
And the scene later, after Jen was talking to Matt at her door, where she just kinda curls up on him. So cute.
