A marvelous week end
Who would have thought that staying so close to home, Milwaukee, could be such a great experience? Who you spend it with seems to be what matters.
The whole weekend could not have been better! From not being able to eat where we wanted to on Friday night (wanted Cheesecake Factory and got Applebees) (which was still good food) through having lunch at the small restaurant with the Church group--it was all just marvelous!
I certainly am grateful for the gift of both the 2 night stay at the Radisson (no hassels) and for a Granddaughter who puts up with the slow walking Grandma. And she even had fun too! What could be better? I can only think of a couple of gifts that have meant this much to me and they were a long, long time ago. Have to write a thank you note for the idea of the hotel room. Meanwhile, thank you, Dennis. I understand this was a gift for us from you.
