INFORMATION
About Us:
We're Sarah and Dan. We both live in Stratford, CT we're selling alot of our used items because we're poor and we need spending money. We're both from non-smoking households and we have dogs, but they remain out of our rooms so they have never had contact with any of the items. All items are used, but in reusable condition. All items have slight unnotacable flaws (scratches, pants may be frayed on bottom, etc.) unless further damage is stated in item description, or the item is brand new.
Shipping:
We only ship to the continental U.S. and Canada. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. We will ship the items to you when the payment for the item is recieved in full(NO EXCEPTIONS). If we only recieve part of the payment for some reason, the item will not be shipped out, and the money will not be refunded. The item will be shipped in the way you most prefer (through UPS, or the United States Postal Service) and the method of shipping you prefer (express mail, first class mail, priority mail, parcel post, etc.). Shipping cost will vary depending upon your location, and the weight of all items you've ordered. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. Shipping for multiple items will be combined. Insurance is recommended on video game systems, and fragile items, but costs extra, and is not required if you wish to not have the items insured.
Miscellaneous:
All items are clean, and all clothing items come with the option to you of being washed before they are shipped. Prices can be SLIGHTLY negotiated nothing too dramatic though. No items are up for trading AT ALL.
Requesting An Item:
To request an item, comment on this journal, or e-mail Sarah at fallenfromhell88@yahoo.com you can also comment or send an e-mail if you need any further information or better pictures on any item.
Purchasing:
Conceiled cash will be accepted (at your own risk). Checks and money orders are also accepted. NO PAYPAL.Checks and money orders must be made out to Sarah Tesla or they will be sent back. DO NOT MAKE CHECKS OUT TO "SARAHS SALES". Checks and money orders must be cleared (cashed) before the item will be shipped. DO NOT PLAY GAMES WITH US i.e. sending fake checks or saying you want an item you don't intend to purchase. All items are sold on a first come first served basis. Once you request an item and an address is given to you to send the money to, you will have exactly 14 days for me to receive the money before the item will be put back up for sale. When you send your cash, check, or money order, you must send with it your name, address and the item(s) you are purchasing. THE EXACT AMOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE AND SHIPPING MUST BE SENT, IF YOU SHIP EXTRA MONEY, CHANGE WILL NOT BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
Returns:
To return an item or items, you must notify me immediately, with the reason for wanting to return the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and it will be returned at your shipping expense and MUST be insured. The condition of the item is only our responsibility while it's in our possession. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Items for return must be postmarked within a week of its arrival in your possession, or else it is non-refundable. If you break an item you cannot return it. If a clothing item does not fit, you can send it back.
